Our Team
We are proud to welcome you to our Luxury Pet Retreat, nestled in the heart of our family’s farmland that has been under our stewardship for nearly 200 years. What began as a humble working farm generations ago has gracefully evolved with the times, while staying true to the values of care, connection, and respect for the natural world.

Our Canine Lodge has been designed with all breeds in mind, offering appropriate mental and physical stimulation in a calm and structured environment. Our expert staff understand the needs of active, intelligent dogs and provide thoughtful, balanced care.

For our feline guests, the Feline Retreat welcomes all breeds, offering peace, privacy, and luxurious surroundings where cats can unwind in comfort (coming Spring 2026).
An Holistic Approach to Animal Wellness
We go beyond basic care, offering a variety of premium care packages including:

We are proud to work with Karen Goodall and her expert Veterinary Physiotherapy Team, renowned for their gentle and effective treatments. Karen has lectured at Nottingham University in animal physiotherapy and is celebrated for her compassionate approach and consistent 5-star reviews.
We’re also delighted to have Charlotte Farr of The Travelling Vet, who operates her own onsite surgery and works closely with the Old Flatts Farm team to ensure every pet receives the very best in veterinary care.
