Boarding

Drop offs for boarding from 8am – 9am Mon – Fri with 8:30am – 9:30am on Saturdays. If you require a later time, please discuss this with the team to see if this is possible.

On the day of departure please collect by 9am.

If a late checkout is required, an additional day care charge rate will be applied.

Please note there are no drop offs or pick ups on a Sunday.

Christmas & New Year

Boarding must be booked in advance.

Daycare closed on these days.

  • New Year's Eve

  • New Year's Day

Pick up and drop off times as usual throughout this period

As of 2026, during peak holiday periods, a minimum stay of 4 nights will apply.
