Our facility is designed to provide a safe, enriching, and luxurious environment for pets, while ensuring full regulatory compliance and transparency.

1. Suitable Environment

Purpose-built kennels with climate control, natural light, and secure outdoor play areas. Quiet rest zones and sensory enrichment spaces support both relaxation and stimulation.

2. Suitable Diet

Individual feeding plans tailored to each pet’s breed, age, and dietary needs. Premium food brands used, with staff trained to monitor appetite and report concerns.

3. Ability to Exhibit Normal Behaviour

Daily enrichment activities including scent trails, puzzle feeders, and supervised social play. Behavioural assessments ensure appropriate stimulation and compatibility.

4. Housing with or Apart from Other Animals
