Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Policy
All bookings must be paid in full no later than four weeks (28 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date. Your booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure any bookings. If you return early there will be no refund for shortened stays, however you will still be able to collect your pet at your earliest convenience, we simply ask for advanced notice where possible. Cancellations after arrival will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the booking are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the booking may be eligible for a credit towards a future stay within a 12-month period, at the discretion of the management. No automatic entitlement is implied.
3. Discretion and Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. While we are unable to guarantee refunds, we may, at our discretion, offer credits or alternative arrangements in exceptional circumstances. Any refunds given will incur an administration fee of £20.00.
4. Arrivals and Departures
All arrivals and departures must fall within our opening and closing times unless otherwise prearranged with the management team.
5. Safety
To ensure the safety and welfare of both pets and staff we highly recommend a trial visit before any extended period of stay. Our aim is to provide a safe and wholesome environment for all to ensure familiarity and a good basic understanding of your pet’s needs and behaviours.

We reserve the right to not board your pet if we feel unsuitable to cater for your pet’s needs and welfare. If your pet displays aggressive, challenging or destructive behaviour, we will be unable to meet these needs and will recommend other service providers.

Unfortunately, we cannot board any dogs that are highlighted within the Dangerous Dog Act 1991. If we suspect this is the case, we will ask for proof of breed type. The decision to board will always remain at our discretion.
6. Abandoned Animals
Should an owner fail to return within 14 days of the agreed collection date, every effort will be made to contact the owner and the emergency contact. If no communication has been successful we reserve the right to determine the best course of action for your pet. All Old Flatts Farm customers automatically agree to this term when using our services.
